By booking a service with Top Class Removals or submitting an enquiry through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking.
All quotes are based on the information you provide. If access, volume or items differ significantly from what was quoted, we reserve the right to adjust the price with your agreement before work proceeds. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A booking is confirmed once you accept our quote and any deposit (if required) is paid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
We are licensed waste carriers. Waste must be accessible and clearly identified. We cannot remove hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, medical waste) unless pre-arranged. Disposal is carried out through approved facilities in compliance with UK regulations.
We carry public liability insurance. Items must be declared if they require special handling or exceed standard value limits. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects, inadequate packing by the customer, or items not disclosed at the time of booking.
Payment terms will be confirmed at booking. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed. Outstanding balances are due upon completion unless a credit arrangement has been made in advance.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 7 days at contact@topclassremovals.uk. We will investigate and respond promptly.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
